Ditambahkan Kapolres, pihaknya sudah mengatakan, dalam menjalankan profesinya, tersangka memang sengaja memasang papan nama klinik bersalin di depan rumahnya.
"Mendapat laporan keluarga korban dan informasi warga setempat, petugas langsung menangkap DS Bidan Gadungan tersebut di rumahnya. Kami juga sudah mencabut papan namanya dan dari hasil penyelidikan DS (37) adalah bidan gadungan yang hanya bertamatan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) ." katanya kepada Tim sebarkanberita.com saat ditemui di ruang kerjanya pagi tadi .
Pengakuan DS saat di mintai keterangan mengatakan bahwa bayi nya sudah meninggal saat dalam kandungan sehingga ketika ia menariknya bisa begitu mudah terputus "ujarnya membela diri.
Amiruddin, salah satu anggota keluarga mengatakan, malam itu Yanti dibawa ke rumah bidan persalinan berinisial DS untuk melahirkan anaknya.
Namun, saat anggota keluarga mencuci pakaian bekas persalinan terkejut karena menemukan kepala bayi di dalamnya.
“Awalnya kami nggak tahu bayinya sudah meninggal. Bidannya bilang masih dalam proses menunggu,” katanya.
Akibat perbuatannya, DS dijerat Undang-Undang Kesehatan dan Perlindungan Anak dengan ancaman hukuman Sembilan tahun penjara. Wanita yang sehari-hari hanya sebagai ibu rumah tangga itu harus mendekam di Mapolres Bogor Kota.
